About Us
Hillin Law is a boutique law firm located in Atlanta, GA. It is led by veteran trial attorney, Hunter Hillin. Hunter has tried numerous cases to successful verdict in Texas, Georgia, and across the country.
Although Hillin Law specializes in medical malpractice cases (particularly catastrophic birth injuries), Hillin Law takes on other cases involving brain injury and other central nervous system injuries. Mr. Hillin regularly works with experts who understand the long-term effects of these injuries and the millions of dollars required to care for the victims of neglect who suffer neurologic injuries.
One of Hillin Law’s recent successes was a record-breaking $13.9 million verdict on behalf of a Georgia family whose daughter suffered a brain injury due to an untimely delivery. On January 25th, lead trial counsel Hunter Hillin of Hillin Law, PLLC in Austin, Texas won this record setting verdict for his clients against Gwinnett Medical Center based on a claim that during labor, medical personnel failed to intervene and rescue a baby who was experiencing oxygen deprivation for over two hours prior to birth. Mr. Hillin had local Georgia counsel who served a supportive role in trial.
